Process flow

The process flow stitching method is to use the warp knitted coil structure to reinforce the fiber mesh, yarn layer, non-woven materials (such as plastic sheets, plastic thin metal foil, etc.) or their combination to make non-woven fabrics.

The sewn non-woven fabric is made of 100% polyester fiber or 80% -95% recycled polyester staple fiber, as well as 5% -20% high-quality polyester filament raw materials, and then processed through sewn or needle punched non-woven processes to produce non-woven fabric.
